I have always been interested in what makes ambitious organisations actually work — how strategy becomes decisions, how teams align and how progress holds at scale.
My path started in industrial engineering and supply chain. That operating foundation still shapes the way I lead today: understand the system, make the trade-offs visible and stay close enough to execution to know what is real.

Across HP, ESTEVE, Galderma and Abbott, my remit has expanded from planning and performance into strategy, governance, organisational design and digital operations. The contexts changed; the core challenge did not.
Good strategy needs a way to travel through an organisation. I build that path by connecting leadership intent with priorities, measures, resources and the teams doing the work.
